Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At coachkavitajain, we strive to provide high-quality coaching, consulting, and digital learning resources. Since our services involve personal transformation, time investment, and access to digital content, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Coaching & Consulting Services

Payments made for 1:1 coaching, group coaching, or consulting sessions are non-refundable, as time slots and resources are reserved in advance.
Rescheduling: Clients may request rescheduling of a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed.
In case we are unable to deliver a scheduled session due to unforeseen reasons, an alternate date will be provided.

2. Digital Products (Courses, Guides, Webinars, Templates)

All digital products (guides, courses, templates, webinar recordings, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased, as access is granted immediately.
Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
- Duplicate payment (accidental double charge).
- Technical error (if access was not provided after successful payment).

3. Event, Workshop, or Webinar Registrations

Tickets/registrations for live workshops or webinars are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request access to the recording (if available).
In case the event is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer of fees to a future event.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (in cases of duplicate payment or technical error) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Any payment gateway fees, taxes, or third-party charges are non-refundable.
