We provide coaching, consulting, training programs, and digital resources, including but not limited to:
- Personal growth and manifestation coaching

- Consulting, mentorship, and guided programs

Services may vary from client to client and are governed by individual agreements.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Payments may be made via Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, or direct bank transfer.
- Payments are subject to applicable taxes (including GST and TDS).
Refunds:
- Refunds for coaching or consulting services are conditional and will be defined in the individual client agreement.
- Digital products (guides, templates, courses, webinars, etc.) are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
- Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeline (generally within 3 business days of issuance).
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to required information, documents, or participation in sessions.
- Take responsibility for implementing coaching strategies, exercises, or action steps.
- Bear costs of additional tools, resources, or third-party platforms (if required).
- Remain solely responsible for decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching or training.
5. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Deliver coaching, consulting, or training services with professional skill and diligence.
- Provide updates, learning material, and guidance as agreed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client data and information.
Note: We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, sales, health improvements, or life results. Coaching is a facilitative process, and results depend on client effort and circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, guides, templates, training materials, and resources created by coachkavitajain remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for personal or agreed business purposes.
- Digital Products: All courses, guides, templates, and resources sold or distributed through our Website are copyrighted and licensed only for the buyer’s personal use. They may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Both parties agree to keep confidential all personal, business, or coaching-related information shared during an engagement.
- Client data will never be resold, shared, or repurposed for other clients.
- We may use aggregated, non-identifiable insights for general industry learnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Client’s failure to implement coaching strategies or actions.
- External factors beyond our control (economic conditions, personal circumstances, platform issues).
- Delays caused by clients not providing inputs, attendance, or timely communication.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us under the applicable agreement.
9. Independent Contractor Status
coachkavitajain is an independent service provider and not an employee, partner, or agent of the client.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, platform restrictions, or government regulations.
11. Non-Solicitation & Non-Disparagement
- Clients may not directly hire or solicit our team members, associates, or contractors during an engagement and for 6 months thereafter without written consent.
- Both parties agree not to publicly disparage or harm each other’s brand, reputation, or credibility.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and mutual discussion.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
